Abstract
Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня доктора наук з державного управління за спеціальністю 25.00.01 – теорія та історія державного управління. – Національний технічний університет «Дніпровська політехніка», Міністерство освіти і науки України, Дніпро, 2025. Дисертаційне дослідження присвячено обґрунтуванню теоретикометодологічних засад інституціональної парадигми реалізації державної влади в системі публічного управління, аналізу закономірностей, особливостей, тенденцій та основних чинників розвитку державотворення. Розроблено комплекс дослідницьких гіпотез, що формують науковий обшир предметної сфери дисертаційної роботи, уточнено структурно-функціональний зміст інституціональної детермінації державної влади в системі публічного управління (на основі структурної моделі реалізації державної влади). Запроваджено і охарактеризовано функціональний зміст наукової платформи «Реалізація державної влади», й відповідно – структурно-функціональний зміст реалізації державної влади в системах управління (загальний аналіз). Наголошено на особливостях інституціональної парадигми реалізації державної влади в умовах правового режиму воєнного стану. Запропоновано аналіз інституціональних імперативів суспільного розвитку як основи формування інституціональної парадигми реалізації державної влади.
Dissertation for obtaining the scientific degree of Doctor of Sciences in public administration, specialіty 25.00.01 – Theory and History of Public Administration, Dnipro University of Technology, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Dnipro, 2025. The dissertation research is devoted to the substantiation of the theoretical and methodological principles of the institutional paradigm of the implementation of state power in the public administration system, the analysis of patterns, features, trends and main factors of the development of state formation. A set of research hypotheses has been developed that form the scientific scope of the subject area of the dissertation work, the structural and functional content of the institutional determination of state power in the public administration system has 8 been clarified (based on the structural model of the implementation of state power). The functional content of the scientific platform «Implementation of state power» has been introduced and characterized, and accordingly – the structural and functional content of the implementation of state power in management systems (general analysis). The features of the institutional paradigm of the implementation of state power under the legal regime of martial law have been emphasized. An analysis of institutional imperatives of social development as the basis for the formation of the institutional paradigm of the implementation of state power has been proposed.
