У кваліфікаційній роботі розкрито еволюцію поглядів на міграційні процеси в економіці, визначено сутність міжнародної трудової міграції,
оцінено її масштаби та визначено вплив на розвиток країн світу. Встановлено специфіку української трудової міграції, проаналізовано міграційну політику в Україні та виокремлено напрями її удосконалення з урахуванням викликів війни.
The qualification work reveals the evolution of views on migration processes in the economy, defines the essence of international labor migration, assesses its scale and determines the impact on the development of countries around the world. The specifics of Ukrainian labor migration are established, migration policy in Ukraine is analyzed and directions for its improvement are identified, taking into account the challenges of war.
