Abstract
У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено основні виклики і можливості, які надає AI ринку праці; охарактеризовано головні канали впливу AI на міжнародний ринок праці; обґрунтовано глобальні тенденції використання AI в економічних процесах; проаналізовано переваги і загрози впровадження штучного інтелекту для глобальної робочої сили; здійснено оцінку потенційних змін на ринку праці унаслідок впливу AI на професійну діяльність; обґрунтовано методи регулювання AI у глобальному економічному середовищі; запропоновано шляхи адаптації міжнародного ринку праці до впровадження AI в економічну діяльність; розроблено сценарії впливу AI на економіку України.
The qualification work examines the main challenges and opportunities that AI provides to the labor market; characterizes the main channels of AI's influence on the international labor market; substantiates global trends in the use of AI in economic processes; analyzes the benefits and threats of implementing artificial intelligence for the global workforce; assesses potential changes in the labor market due to the impact of AI on professional activity; substantiates methods for regulating AI in the global economic environment; proposes ways to adapt the international labor market to the
introduction of AI into economic activity; develops scenarios of the impact of AI on the economy of Ukraine.
