Abstract
У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні засади функціонування світового ринку енергоресурсів та проаналізовано еволюцію ролі ОПЕК у
процесах його глобалізації. Розглянуто особливості формування міжнародних енергетичних взаємозв’язків, механізми координації цінової та виробничої політики між країнами-виробниками, а також тенденції трансформації ринку під впливом різних чинників. На основі сучасних статистичних і аналітичних даних визначено місце ОПЕК у глобальній системі енергетичної безпеки, проаналізовано інструменти організації щодо регулювання обсягів видобутку, стабілізації цін та забезпечення прогнозованості постачання нафти.
The qualification work examines the theoretical foundations of the functioning of the world energy market and analyzes the evolution of OPEC's role
in the processes of its globalization. The features of the formation of international energy relations, mechanisms for coordinating price and production policies between producing countries, as well as trends in market transformation under the influence of various factors are considered. Based on modern statistical and analytical data, OPEC's place in the global energy security system is determined, and the organization's tools for regulating production volumes, stabilizing prices, and ensuring the predictability of oil supplies are analyzed.
