Abstract
Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня доктора філософії в галузі публічного управління та адміністрування за спеціальністю 281 – «Публічне управління та адміністрування» – Національний технічний університет «Дніпровська політехніка», Дніпро, 2025. Дисертаційне дослідження присвячене обґрунтуванню та розробленню інтегрованого підходу до публічного управління розвитком сімейної медицини в сільських територіях України. Основні концептуальні та практичні положення доведені до рівня прикладних моделей та практичних рекомендацій, які можуть бути використані в рамках подальшого удосконалення механізмів публічного управління розвитком сімейної медицини сільських територій України на засадах інтегрованого підходу, що є особливо актуальним в умовах періоду воєнного стану, а також повоєнного відновлення України. Актуальність теми зумовлена необхідністю подолання системних проблем у забезпеченні доступності та якості медичних послуг для сільського населення, що загострилися в умовах демографічного старіння, міграційних процесів та наслідків воєнного стану. Відповідно до рекомендацій ВООЗ, ЄС та національної стратегії охорони здоров’я, інтеграція медичних, соціальних та управлінських ресурсів є ключовою передумовою формування стійкої моделі первинної медичної допомоги на засадах сімейної медицини.
Thesis for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Public Administration and Governance, specialty 281 – "Public Administration and Governance" – National Technical University "Dnipro Polytechnic", Dnipro, 2025. The dissertation research is devoted to substantiating and developing an integrated approach to public administration in the development of family medicine in rural areas of Ukraine. The main conceptual and practical provisions have been brought to the level of applied models and practical recommendations that can be used in the framework of further improving the mechanisms of public management of the development of family medicine in rural areas of Ukraine on the basis of an integrated approach, which is especially relevant in the conditions of the period of martial law, as well as the postwar reconstruction of Ukraine. The relevance of the topic is determined by the need to overcome systemic problems in ensuring the accessibility and quality of medical services for the rural population, which have intensified due to demographic aging, migration processes, and the consequences of martial law. In accordance with WHO, EU, and national health strategies, the integration of medical, social, and managerial resources is a key prerequisite for building a sustainable model of primary health care based on family medicine
