Abstract
Результати. Отримала підтвердження гіпотеза про готовність людей брати на себе від-
повідальність та роль лідера. Виявлено, що комунікаційні здібності та ораторське мистецтво
лідера є для його послідовників так самj значимими, як і його готовність демонструвати осо-
бистою поведінкою відданість практичному досягненню спільних цілей. Не отримала під-
твердження гіпотеза про визначальну роль спільних цінностей для визнання лідера з боку його
послідовників. Не підтвердилося припущення про те, що найголовнішою характеристикою лі-
дера є бачення майбутнього.
Results. The hypothesis about the readiness of people to take on responsibility and the role of
a leader was confirmed. It was found that the leader's communication skills and public speaking skills
are just as important for his followers as his willingness to demonstrate their personal behavior of
commitment to the practical achievement of common goals. The hypothesis about the determining
role of common values for the recognition of the leader by his followers was not confirmed. The
assumption that the most important characteristic of a leader is the vision of the future was not con-
firmed.
