    Analysis of typical information resources that are actively used by consumers of tourism products and tour operators shows that the positive effect of the introduction of IIS as an information portal with information support and services in the field of urban cultural tourism can be obtained using the concept of data warehouses (Data Warehouse, DW ) and systems of operational analytical data processing (Online Analytical Processing, OLAP) on the principles of open systems, in compliance with recognized standards and the use of proven solutions. The use of smart-technologies, neural marketing, software products for end-to-end automation of all business processes of a tourism enterprise today is not just a matter of leadership and creating competitive transformations.

    Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the development of the tourism industry is under serious threat. It is possible to get out of the crisis situation only with new specific approaches to the organization of tourist activity. After the pandemic, the worldview and psychology of consumption in general will inevitably change, which will mean a new stage of competition in tourism, which will lead to a completely new distribution of resources in this market. In this regard, the urgent problem is to identify priority areas for tourism development in conditions of risk and uncertainty, which can positively affect the economic growth of any country as a whole, as well as the economic development of individual regions.
