Abstract
In the context of a protracted war, alongside international support, the pursuit of internal resilience resources has become essential both at the national level and within individual communities. A prominent initiative highlighting this effort is the implementation of a major national project since 2023, titled «Enhancing Community Capacity for Reconstruction through Pilot University Collaborations». Funded by the International Renaissance Foundation, this project is coordinated by the Alliance of Ukrainian Universities.
